  • Order Limits: There is no minimum order value, but maximum order values may apply for certain chefs or during peak hours.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timeframes vary based on distance, order volume, and time of day:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 30-45 minutes of order confirmation.
  • Pre-scheduled Delivery: Delivered at the time slot selected during booking.
  • Special Events/Catering: Custom delivery times arranged for bulk orders or special events.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, and other external factors. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Delivery Process

Our food delivery process works as follows:

  • Ordering: Place your order through the NammaOota app by selecting items from available home chefs.
  • Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, the home chef begins preparing your food.
  • Preparation: Your food is freshly prepared by the home chef.
  • Pickup: Our delivery partner collects your order from the home chef.
  • Tracking: Track your order in real-time through the app.
  • Delivery: The delivery partner will deliver your food to your specified address.

5. Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Distance between the home chef and your delivery location
  • Order value
  • Time of day and current demand
  • Weather conditions (additional fees may apply during adverse weather)

The exact delivery fee will be displayed in the app before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions for certain areas or order values.

6. Food Safety During Delivery

We take food safety seriously during the delivery process:

  • All food is packaged in tamper-evident containers.
  • Delivery partners use insulated bags to maintain food temperature.
  • Hot and cold items are packaged separately to maintain appropriate temperatures.
  • Delivery partners follow strict hygiene protocols.

7. Contactless Delivery
